Our selection process goes through a series of logical steps that allows us to narrow down the final choices to those few who possess all the necessary attributes:

Extensive consultative discussions with client management to refine the job description, the company's expectations, aspirations and needs.

Searching the landscape, both internal to the client's organization and external, for the most credible candidates.

Assessing job candidates for inclusion in an interview "short list".

Personal interviews of all viable candidates concurrent with background investigations and reference information - behavioral profiling will be applied subjectively.
