  • Searching the landscape, both internal to the client's organization and external, for the most credible candidates.
  • Assessing job candidates for inclusion in an interview "short list".
  • Personal interviews of all viable candidates concurrent with background investigations and reference information - behavioral profiling will be applied subjectively.
  • Interviews with client management.
  • Negotiation of compensation package.
  • Handshake and signature.
